Return Policy for Buyers

 

Return your Item for any reason for Luxury Cheaper Site Credit or back to the original payment method

 

  • You must file a return request within 3 days from delivery to support@luxurycheaper.com.
  • Item must be shipped back to Luxury Cheaper LLC no later than 2 business days.
  • We will email the return label within 24 hours upon filling the return. You will be charged for the shipping and it will be deducted to your refund.
  • The Item must be with the Luxury Cheaper return tag attached.
  • The Item must be in the same condition with no missing accessories such as dust bag, charm, lock, keys, and box, so please take care of packing and protecting the Item you are returning.
  • Luxury Cheaper is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase the Item. All our items are pre-owned, and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process, and we are not affiliated with any designer brand we sell. Our team is thoroughly trained to look for any signs of wear or damage but are unable to foresee how future use will impact an item.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a refund to your original payment method or our site credit within 5-10 business days.
  • If the return does not meet that requirement, the Item will not be eligible for a refund, and we will ship it back to the buyer's address.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Luxury Cheaper cannot accept international returns. Please make sure to check all descriptions and detailed pictures before buying them. We are also not responsible for the customs fee if applicable in your country.
